Terms of Service (TOS) – Illustration Commissions

  1. General

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms stated below.I retain the right to decline any commission request without the need to provide a reason.These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will not affect ongoing projects.

  1. What I Can Do

Semi-realistic illustrations of humans (men, women, children, elderly) of any ethnicity or body type.Fantasy or futuristic characters (including centaurs, orcs, elves, etc.).Characters interacting with animals (e.g., horses, cats, dragons).Simple to complex/dynamic poses.

  1. What I Will Not Do

Mecha or highly mechanical designs.Explicit NSFW content.Excessive gore or hate speech-related imagery.

  1. Process

Discussion – We agree on the concept, price, and deadline.Payment – Full or partial payment must be sent before work starts (see Section 5).Sketch Approval – I send a rough sketch for feedback.Rendering – After approval, I continue to the final artwork.Delivery – The final file will be sent in high resolution (JPG/PNG).

  1. Payment

Payments are made via PayPal (USD).For commissions under $100, full payment is required upfront.For amounts greater than $300, the customer can choose to pay 50% in advance and 50% upon completion.

  1. Revisions

Up to 2 free revisions during the sketch phase.Extra revisions or major changes after sketch approval will incur an additional fee.Changes requested after final delivery will be charged.

  1. Usage & Copyright

Artist Rights: I retain all rights to the artwork, including displaying it in my portfolio and social media.Client Rights: You may use the commissioned piece for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.Commercial Use: Requires an additional fee (usually +50–100% of the original price).Redistribution, resale, or claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited.

  1. Refund Policy

A full refund is available only if the project has not yet started.If I have started the sketch, only a partial refund will be given.No refunds will be issued after the final delivery.

  1. Deadlines

Average turnaround: 20 days depending on complexity.Rush orders (less than 20 days) are subject to an additional fee.
